16 Indian fishermen arrested

The Navy has taken into custody at least 16 Indian fishermen with three trawlers off Kalpitiya this morning while they were fishing in the Western waters of Sri Lanka, Navy Spokesman Commander Kosala Warnakulasuriya said.
